Billing questions
What counts as a reported message?
Each DMARC aggregate report lists how many messages a source sent as your domain. We add those counts up across all providers for the calendar month. Spoofed messages count too, since they appear in the same reports.
What if we go over our monthly volume?
We keep processing reports. Overage is billed at $4 per additional 100,000 messages, and we email you at 80% and 100% of your allowance so it never comes as a surprise.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Annual billing is 15% off: Starter is $296 a year and Growth is $1,214 a year.
Do we need a card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial runs on Growth limits. At the end you pick a plan or the workspace is closed and deleted within 30 days.
Can we cancel at any time?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the billing period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. See the Refund Policy.
